About this recipe:
Everyone loves this healthy, fast and delicious breakfast dish.
2-3 pieces of fruit, depending on the size (eg 1 apple and 1 banana)
1 carton of pasteurized, flavoured curd
- Chop the fruit into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
- Sprinkle oatbran over the fruit, as much or as little as you want.
- Drizzle a little honey over the fruit at this point, if you want to sweeten it.
- Pour the curd over the fruit and stir well.
- Simple and delicious!
