About this recipe: Everyone loves this healthy, fast and delicious breakfast dish.


Serves: 1 

  • 2-3 pieces of fruit, depending on the size (eg 1 apple and 1 banana)
  • 1 carton of pasteurized, flavoured curd
  • oatbran
  • honey (optional)

Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Chop the fruit into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle oatbran over the fruit, as much or as little as you want.
  3. Drizzle a little honey over the fruit at this point, if you want to sweeten it.
  4. Pour the curd over the fruit and stir well.
  5. Simple and delicious!
