*Raw papaya is grated with the skin on. Do not peel the papaya before grating it. It is added to tenderize the meat and fasten up the cooking process. *Diced colorful capsicums can also be added while marination to add color and flavor to the dish. *Spice level can be adjusted according to taste. If you don't want the dish to turn out very spicy, red chili powder can be omitted. *One tablespoon of Achar Gosht Masala can also be added for extra flavor.
