    • Chicken with skin on- 10 pieces, Thai sweet chilly sauce- 8 tsp, garlic paste-2 tsp, butter-1 tsp and tomato puree -2 tsp, cornflour- for coating oil for frying


    1. Marinate chicken pieces with all the ingredients and keep in refrigerator for 6 hours. take out and roll in cornflower before deep frying in oil. Serve hot
