    About this recipe: Method Mix all ingredient 5/8 speed , Then mix again 15 min slow speed with butter End of the mixing add vanilla essence Then keep resting for 15 min ,and mix once, Then again 15min rest mix once and then take it out

    • Flour no 1 1 kg Vanilla 20 ml
    • 1 kg Flour T65
    • Salt 50 gm
    • sugar 320 gm
    • F .yeast 80 gm
    • Old dough/starter 300 gm
    • egg 1100ml
    • Butter 1kg
    • Vanilla 20 ml
