Rajasthani Daal aur besan ka chilla
This recipe is our favorite Sunday breakfast. I like eating it with a spicy pickle; you can also make any stuffing and serve it to kids like a dosa.

1/2 cup yellow moong daal (soaked and ground to a paste)
2 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
1 teaspoon teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon coriander leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon green chilli (chopped)
½ cup water
Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients together and make a batter.
- Heat a griddle on medium heat pour batter and spread it like dosa.
- Cook it on both sides by brushing oil on it. Serve hot.
You can also make it with just besan,add your favourite masala and a mid meal snack is ready.
