Mexican Guacamole

    Healthy, yummy and easy, goes great with any bean or meat dish or as an addition to a Mexican dinner.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 to 3 avocados, stones removed
    • 1/2 of a lemon
    • 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
    • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
    • salt to taste
    • garlic granules to taste

    1. Extract both avacados from their skins into a bowl. Squeeze in lemon. Add chopped tomato and onion. Sprinkle with garlic granules and salt to taste. Mix well, until slightly lumpy. Refrigerate to chill if desired.
