How to make Chocolate Ice Cream at Home

    Who want to have an ice-cream? Well, I could see all hands up there. So, here’s presenting the recipe chocolate ice-cream that you can make at home.

    • 1/2 cup of sugar
    • 1/4 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
    • 3/4 cup of full cream milk
    • 1.5 cups of cream with at least 35% fat content
    • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1.5 tea spoon of vanilla extract
    • A Little salt to taste


    1. First whisk the cocoa and sugar in a Borosil microwavable glassware till it gets mixed completely.
    2. Then add the milk to it and keep on whisking it.
    3. Now add the cream. People often do not understand what type of cream to add. Any good cream can be added. And a good cream should have at least 35% of fat. That is what makes the ice cream rich and creamy.
    4. Now pour the cream and add the little salt to it.
    5. The pour this mixture into the bowl of your ice cream maker and churn it approximately for 20 minutes
    6. Now the mixture will turn into soft serve ice cream. You can serve it now or freeze it for a harder more ice-cream-like consistency.


    You should always use a Borosil microwavable glassware to get the best results.
