zucchini and panner sizzler

    amazing zukini and tofu / paneer severed hot in a sizzler palate

    • zukini green
    • zukini yellow
    • basil leaves
    • mint leaves
    • salad leaves
    • bell pepper yellow
    • bell pepper red
    • black salt
    • pepper
    • extra virgin olive oil
    • soya source
    • vinegar ( balsamic)
    • dry herb- parsley , oregano, chilli flakes
    • paneer or tofu


    1. start heating a sizzler plate on the stove flame , this should take about 20 mins plus
    2. for salad preparation , shop all ingredients , try more of vertical shops of zukini and bell pepper, rinse extra water out
    3. for sauce add 3 portion of olive oil and 1 portion of vinegar , use soya source if not using balsimic vinegar and add salt , pepper and all dry herbs , shake well
    4. place the salad leaves first on the hot sizzler plate , add the balance salad and add paneer slices
    5. bring the sizzler plate to its wooden stand and add the remaining sauce to enjoy the sizzler effect
