Ingredients (used american measuring cup, 1 cup = 250 ml)
1.Very important buy fresh Bombay Duck. Clean them and dice them into medium pieces.
2.Chop all the veggies and keep aside. Take a pan add oil. Once hot saute chopped garlic. Keep the gas on low flame. Add chopped onion along with turmeric, coriander seed powder, red chili powder, malvani masala. Saute for 2 mins more.
3.Now add chopped tomatoes. Let this cook for a minute more.
4.Add water and cook for 5 mins more.
5.Finally add bombay ducks, kokam and few coriander leaves. Lastly add salt.
6.Now cook this for 5 to 7 mins more.
7.Check the taste of curry add seasoning if required.
1. Be gentle while stirring after adding Bombay ducks else they might break.
2. You can add more chili powder if more spice required
