    • 1cup Varyache tandul (samo seeds)
    • 2 tbsp ghee
    • 4 green chillies
    • 1cup roasted peanuts
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • salt
    • 1 chopped potato


    1. Wash varyache tandul and put in pressure cooker add some salt make 2 whistle and let them cool
    2. For amachi heat ghee in a deep pan
    3. Add in cumin seeds, chopped potato and 2-3 tsp water cook for 2 min
    4. Add peanuts and chilies grind mixture saute for few seconds
    5. Add 1 to 2 glass water and boiled this till potato cooked well ( 10-15 min )
