Maggi Noodles Pakoda Recipe

    • Maggi Noodles (2 packets )
    • Onion (2 pieces)
    • Carrot (1 piece)
    • Capsicum (1 piece)
    • Cabbage (100 grams approx)
    • Soya sauce (2 teaspoon)
    • Chili sauce (2 teaspoon)
    • Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)(optional)
    • Salt (as per taste )
    • Besan / gram flour / chickpea flour (1 cup)
    • Corn flour (1/2 cup)
    • Oil (for frying)


    1. Boil water for 2 packets of Maggi noodles.
    2. Add maggi noodles and masala (of the Maggi noodles packet) along with it.
    3. When Maggi noodles get ready, keep it aside.
    4. Chop onion, cabbage, carrot and capsicum.
    5. In a bowl add all chopped vegetables and maggi noodles and mix it well.
    6. Add Besan and corn flour.
    7. Add chili sauce and soya sauce and salt.
    8. Mix it well and add chili powder if you want to adjust taste.
    9. Batter is now ready for preparing the Pakoda.
    10. Heat oil in the pan and take one spoon of prepared batter. Slightly flatten with hand and drop on the hot oil.
    11. Fry till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
    12. Transfer on tissue paper to absorb extra oil.
    13. Maggi pakora are now ready to serve.
    14. Serve it hot and enjoy.
