Mooli ka Paratha

    Mooli Paratha is traditional Gujarati dish. We get calcium and vitamins, and are ideal to carry along in your tiffin .

    • 2 cups wheat flour
    • 3/4 cup grated white radish
    • 1/4 cup chopped radish leaves
    • 3/4 cup fresh curd
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
    • 1 tsp oil
    • salt to taste


    1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl prepare into a soft dough by using little water
    2. Divide the dough into small round equal portions and preapre paratha using a little whole wheat flour for rolling
    3. Heat the tava and cook each paratha, using oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides
    4. Serve the paratha with Curd
