    Ingredients

    • Moong Dal - 500gms
    • Green Chillies : 4
    • Corainader Leaves : 1 bunch
    • Green onions : 1 cup
    • Promogante seeds : 1 cup
    • 1/2 teaspoon : Lal mirch powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon : Cummin Seeds
    • Salt as per the taste

    Directions

    1. Soak the 500 gms of Moong Dal for 4 hours
    2. After 4 hours drain and grind to find paste
    3. Add pinch of Salt and Lal mirch powder
    4. Add 1/2 teaspoon cummin seeds(jeera)
    5. Add 1/2 cup of Green onions,green chillies, promogrante seedd and Corainader leaves
    6. Mix the batter well - Now heat the oil in the pan and drop them in the oil and cook until the pakora turns to golden brown
    7. Serve the pakora with Pudina Chutney / Tomato Sauce / Coconut Chutney
