    • 4 Boiled eggs ,maida-6spoon,cornflour-4 spoon, ginger-garlic paste, redchilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, tomato sause-4spn,chilli red sause-3 spn, soya sauce -1 spn, 2 chopped onions, chopped garlic, chillies, chopped capsicum, salt and oil for frying.


    1. Make a batter of maida, cornflour, and all other masala powders.
    2. Cut the eggs for Manchurian as u like .
    3. Deep the eggs in the batter and then deep fry them.
    4. Now in a pan add some oil.,then chopped garlic after it gets fried add onions and capsicum as well. Add the chilies too..
    5. After then add half cup with cornflour and all the sauce. After it boils add the fried eggs one by one, mix it well so that everyone is well coated with each other.
    6. Serve this sizzling hot Chinese style egg Manchurian with tandoor naans or rotis.
