Delicious Veg Langadi Tangary Recipe

    Ingredients

    • For Tangy :-
    • Channa flour (besan) - 1cup
    • Pinch-hing.
    • Turmeric powder - ½ tea spoon
    • Red chilli powder - ½ tea spoon
    • Dabur Bhuna masala - ½ tea spoon
    • Salt to test.
    • For Veg Langadi :-
    • Raw jackfruit(boiled and massed) - 200gms
    • Besan - 2 table spoon
    • Dabur Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 table spoon
    • Amchur Powder - ½ tea spoon
    • Onion Cut into small pieces - 1.
    • Red chilled powder -½ tea spoon
    • Dabur Bhuna garam masala - -½ tea spoon
    • Oil to fry.
    • Salt to test.
    • For Gravy :-
    • Jeera - ½ table spoon
    • Tejpatta – 2
    • Onions - 3 (2 paste and 1 sliced).
    • Dabur Hommade Tomato Paste - ½ cup.
    • Dabur Hommade Garlic Paste – 2 table spoon
    • Dabur Hommade Ginger Paste - 1/2 table spoon
    • Garam masala - 1 tea spoon
    • Corriander powder - ½ tea spoon-
    • Red chilli powder - ½ tea spoon
    • Turmeric powder - ½ tea spoon
    • Oil - 1 table spoon
    • Salt to test
    • Some coriander leaves-finely chopped
    • Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk - 1 table spoon.

    Directions

    1. For Tangy :-
    2. Mix all ingredients and make a tight dought with water.
    3. Divide the dought in 3or4 equal parts. Roll each part by hand and boiled in water for 10 minutes. Take a toothpick and press in it to see if it is properly cooked.
    4. Remove from water and keep a aside. This is boiled basen tangary.
    5. For Veg Langadi :-
    6. Mix all ingredients equally.
    7. Take boiled basen-tangary. Cover it by jackfruit mixture at lower side (give shape like chicken legs) and deep fry it.
    8. Keep it aside.
    9. For Gravy :-
    10. Put a pan on flame and heat 1 table spoon oil.
    11. Add jeera and tajptta sliced onion and fry it till golden brown
    12. Add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, Dabur bhuna masala, corriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree.
    13. After 5 minute add 1 cup water, salt to taste. Boil it for some time and add fried Langary Tangary.
