    • 1 tsp Dabur Hommade Garlic Paste
    • ½ cup lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp dry mustard
    • 1 ½ tsp freshly minced parsley
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • For Chicken Wings: -
    • 8-10 pieces of cleaned chicken wings/drumsticks
    • 3 tbsp Dabur Honey
    • For Garnish :-
    • 2-3 tbsp sesame seeds
    • ½ tsp of dried thyme
    • 1 finely chopped spring onion

    1. To prepare Marinade Sauce:-
    2. In a medium-sized bowl mix together 1 ½ tsp vegetable oil, ¾ cup soy sauce, ½ cup Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, and ½ cup lemon juice
    3. Now stir in 2 tbsp mustard powder, 1 ½ tsp freshly minced parsley and salt & pepper as per taste, and whisk the ingredients till they have combined together and formed a runny glossy liquid like consistency
    4. Now keep the sauce aside for at least an hour or two to let the flavours seep in
    5. To prepare Ginger Honey Chicken Wings:-
    6. Divide the marinade sauce, prepared earlier, into two parts
    7. Use one half of the sauce to marinate the chicken wings
    8. Keep in mind that the longer the chicken is marinated the juicier it would get and better it would taste
    9. Add 3 tbsp honey to the mix and toss again
    10. Once the marination is almost done, preheat oven to a temperature of 425°F
    11. Line the baking tray with foil or baking paper
    12. Rub some olive oil on the foil so that the wings do not stick to the base of the foil/paper
    13. Place the chicken wings on the baking tray carefully so that they do not stick to each other and gets baked evenly
    14. Bake them first for 12-15 minutes on one side, and then flip it gently to repeat the same process until both sides have a brown crispy exterior
    15. Once the chicken wings are baked, take them out from the oven and place them in a bowl
    16. Slather them with the remaining half of the marinade sauce making sure that each wing in the bowl is coated with the sauce
    17. Now, sprinkle 2-3 tbsp of sesame seeds and ½ tsp of dried thyme on the wings and gently toss them once again
    18. Place them on a serving platter and garnish with spring onion
    19. Serve while it’s still hot

    - You can also serve this dish with noodles as main course - You can reduce the quantity of honey added to the wings if you want a slightly tangy, less sweet taste to it - Garnish for the wings can also include salty peanuts for that extra taste and texture
