Rajisthani Moong Dal Halwa

    • take130 grams moong dal, soak it for 2-3 hours, With the help of a strainer, drain out Excess water, 130-gram ghee, 1 teaspoon gram flour, 120 grams mava, 130 grams sugar, Chopped cashew nut, pistachio, almonds, and Raisins (According to your wish), Cardamom powder.


    1. Grind the moong dal to a smooth paste (no need to add water ). When paste will be ready keep it aside. Take sugar in a pan and add 1 glass of water in this. Boil the water until sugar dissolves into this water. Add cardamom powder and boil it for 2 min. take a pan and heat 150-gram ghee, when ghee will be hot and nice, add gram flour, now cook it for 2 min, now add grind dal into this, Now roast it for 15 minutes on high flame.
    2. stir it continuously, after some time You can see colour is changing, Add mava into this and cook it for 3-4 min, Now add sugar syrup into this and stir it continuously, halwa will turn into a thick paste after sometime, Now add dry fruits into this and mix it well and cook it for 2-3 min, Garnished with dry fruits, Moong dal halwa is ready now, Serve it hot.


    serve it hot.
