    About this recipe: Mozzarella, ham and chicken baked in a tomato-y pasta sauce. You can use thin sliced paneer instead and add chillies to taste.

    Serves: 4 

    • 125g mozzarella
    • 4 chicken breast fillets
    • 4 to 8 slices ham
    • 200ml roasted red pepper pasta sauce
    • 100ml cream
    • 1 to 2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs

    1. Cut the mozzarella in slices and put 1 to 2 slices on each chicken breast fillet, then wrap each in 1 to 2 slices of ham. Place in a baking dish.
    2. Mix pasta sauce with cream and Italian herbs and pour it over the chicken fillets. Bake at 200 C for about 30 minutes.
