About this recipe:
This bread tastes really good with spaghetti or any type of pasta!
1 French stick or baguette, unsliced
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 sprig of parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Slice the baguette in half length ways.
- Mix together the softened butter, Parmesan, Dijon mustard and chopped garlic. Spread mixture over the surface of the cut sides of the bread.
- Scatter the chopped parsley over the butter mixture.
- Place both halves in the oven, bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
