    About this recipe: This bread tastes really good with spaghetti or any type of pasta!

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 French stick or baguette, unsliced
    • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
    • 2 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    • 1 sprig of parsley, chopped

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Slice the baguette in half length ways.
    2. Mix together the softened butter, Parmesan, Dijon mustard and chopped garlic. Spread mixture over the surface of the cut sides of the bread.
    3. Scatter the chopped parsley over the butter mixture.
    4. Place both halves in the oven, bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
