About this recipe: A simple, rustic dish that goes great for lunch or dinner. Super easy to make too!


Serves: 4 

  • 4 large beef sausages
  • 200ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 handful minced garlic
  • 4 small potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons garlic cream cheese
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Marinate sausages in Worcestershire sauce and garlic for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the diced potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, cream cheese, parsley and a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Grill sausages with onions until no longer pink. Add onions directly to potatoes, stir. Serve and enjoy!
