A luscious orang-y steamed pudding. The tangy flavour of this dessert coupled with custard, makes a perfect ending to a summer dinner! The best part is that you can make the pudding in advance, freeze it for up to 2 months - then thaw and steam it for about 45 mins, until thoroughly hot!
This recipe must be somebodies idea of a joke. The ingredients are all out of proportion and it ends up far to wet. The end result was just a gooey, soggy mess that is totally unpalatable. Absolute rubbish and a waste of ingredients. - 03 Feb 2013 (Review from Allrecipes UK | Ireland)
I agree with the above review, I wish I had read this first, I would never have wasted the ingredients if I had. Looked ok when I turned it out, but it just collapsed into a soggy heap. - 15 Mar 2015 (Review from Allrecipes UK | Ireland)
Tasted Great! Next time I would peel the oranges before putting them in the pudding as I did not feel they were cooked through. First attempt at a steam pudding. Will make it again. - 09 Dec 2013 (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
