Altered ingredient amounts. Made these yesterday, very tasty but i would recomend at least doubling the Ingredients amount, as even using 12 normal sized cake cups I struggled to fill them all even to 1/2 full which left my cakes a tad on the thin side when done. Still the kids didnt mind :O)  -  03 Jan 2011  (Review from Allrecipes UK | Ireland)

Not sure what I did wrong but mix only made 7 buns and I was only just able to half fill cases. Maybe recipe for mini cakes?? Also seemed a bit hard and not risen - maybe didn't whisk enough?? Have tried many recipes before from this site and have been fine so not a novice baker!!  -  08 Mar 2011  (Review from Allrecipes UK | Ireland)
