About this recipe: This mint chutney is versatile and can be used in many ways. I love mixing this chutney with butter and spreading it on bread for sandwiches. I also add some to my omelets.



Makes: 1 cup

  • 3 cups pudina (mint) leaves
  • 2 – 3 green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  1. Add all the ingredients into a mixie and grind into a fine paste. You might need to add some water to help grind all the leaves. Check salt and sugar and add more to taste. Serve.
