About this recipe: I make this dish on days I have the craving for something really really spicy.

Serves: 2 

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • A pinch of hing
  • 10-12 long green chillies (chopped)
  • 2 medium-sized tomato (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon amchoor (optional)

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and then add hing to it. Add green chillies and the remaining dry masalas to it. Cook for a minute.
  2. Add tomatoes cook until the tomatoes have dried out and the oil has separated. Serve hot!
