  • 4 tablespoon Dana-methi or fenugreek (soaked for 10 minutes)
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon hing
  • 10-12 long green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoon amchoor powder

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:10min soaking  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Boil danamethi for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add hing to it. Add in the green chillies and remaining dry masalas to it. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add boil danamethi to the pan and cook until the oil separates. Serve hot.
