About this recipe: A vegetarian soup lover's delight - here's a twist to the same old dal!

  • 1 cup yellow moong dal (boiled in pressure cooker)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion (chopped) - optional
  • 1 teaspoon bhuna jeera powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup sprouts

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add boiled dal to it. Add remaining ingredients. Bring it to boil and serve hot.
