About this recipe: Bajra is a staple grain in Rajasthan. Besides bajra rotis, here's another way to cook bajra.

  • 1/2 cup Bajra flour
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper pwder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 2 cup water

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, then add jeera seeds and bajra flour to it. Cook until the flour turns light pink. Add salt and pepper to it.
  2. Pour in the water and stir until it comes to a boil. Add sprouts and serve hot.

Serving suggestion

You can add chopped green chillies and chilli powder to the soup to make it more spicy.
