Sambharam (Spiced buttermilk)

    This is a must have during hot summer days, very refreshing and tasty!

    Serves: 5 

    • 1 cup Curd
    • 4 cups Water
    • 1 teaspoon very fine chopped ginger
    • 7-8 Curry leaves, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon Fine chopped green chilies
    • Salt as needed

    1. Mix curd and water in a mixer and beat well.
    2. To this, add all the other ingredients.
    3. Let set for 1 hour so that all the aroma seeps in. Serve in a glass.
