    Serves: 4 

    • 1 cup besan
    • 3 tablespoons ghee
    • 1 teaspoon dry pudina leaves
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped)
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for frying

    1. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough by adding water as needed.
    2. Roll small 2-3 inch puris. Using a small form, prick the puris. Set aside to dry for 10 minutes
    3. Deep fry the mathris on medium heat. Enjoy hot!


    Use paper kitchen towel to roll the puris as besan sticks very easily.
