Spicy Liver fry

    We tried this dish at a restaurant and fell in love with it. One of my husband's favourite appetizers, I make it as many times as I can.

    Serves: 2 

    • 200 grams liver
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 4-5 leaves kari patta
    • 1 medium-sized onion (sliced)
    • 1 medium-sized capsicum (sliced)
    • 3-4 green chillies (sliced)
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
    • salt to taste

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add kari patta to it, then add onion, capsicum and the green chillies. Saute it for 5 minutes.
    2. Add liver, black pepper powder and salt. Cook till liver is soft and any water has evaporated. Enjoy with your favourite drink!


    You can add red, yellow and green capsicum to make this dish more kid-friendly.
