- 1 cup Atta
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- For rabri

- 1/2 cup sugar

- Mix atta, sugar and cardamom powder in milk and make a batter. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- In a pan, reduce milk till it starts thickening, add sugar and cook for 2 more minutes. Set aside and let it cool.
- Heat a frying pan/griddle, pour the batter in the center and make it a thick 'dosa' type pooda. Cook it both the sides by brushing with ghee. Put rabri in the center of pooda, serve hot pooda with cold rabri.
