- 250 grams minced goat meat (washed and drained)
- 4 tablespoon besan
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1/2 cup dhaniya leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying
Prep:10min › Cook:15min › Ready in:25min
- In a non stick pan, roast the besan for a minute. Add all the ingredients and mix them well. Make tikkis from the mix.
- Heat a griddle, cook both sides of the tikkis by brushing them with oil. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup!
