    About this recipe: This is my sister's recipe and she makes it whenever we visit her. Our kids love this dish and I hope you do too!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 250 grams minced goat meat (washed and drained)
    • 4 tablespoon besan
    • 1 small onion (chopped)
    • 2-3 green chillies
    • 1/2 cup dhaniya leaves (finely chopped)
    • 1 egg
    • Oil for frying

    Directions
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. In a non stick pan, roast the besan for a minute. Add all the ingredients and mix them well. Make tikkis from the mix.
    2. Heat a griddle, cook both sides of the tikkis by brushing them with oil. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup!
