About this recipe:
Easy to make coconut laddoos. I love the way they crumble.
1 medium grated Coconut (Burada)
1 tin Condensed Milk (400 gms Amul brand)
1 cup Semolina (roasted in 1 tbsp ghee till fragrant)
1 tsp slivered Pistachios (for garnish, can use more)
Red, Orange, Green Edible colors (optional)

- Combine coconut, milk and semolina in a wide dish. If using edible colors, put them and the colors in 3 equal portions in separate glass dishes.
- Make laddoos the size of small lemons. Garnish with Pistachios and serve all different coloured ones arranged together in a bowl/dish.
