Coconut Laddoo

    Easy to make coconut laddoos. I love the way they crumble.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 20 

    • 1 medium grated Coconut (Burada)
    • 1 tin Condensed Milk (400 gms Amul brand)
    • 1 cup Semolina (roasted in 1 tbsp ghee till fragrant)
    • 1 tsp slivered Pistachios (for garnish, can use more)
    • Red, Orange, Green Edible colors (optional)

    Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:25min setting  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Combine coconut, milk and semolina in a wide dish. If using edible colors, put them and the colors in 3 equal portions in separate glass dishes.
    2. Make laddoos the size of small lemons. Garnish with Pistachios and serve all different coloured ones arranged together in a bowl/dish.
