Jhatpat chicken

    This is one of the quickest chicken recipes that I make. I like adding tadka to it for an authentic Marwari taste, but most kids like it without the tadka.

    Serves: 4 

    • 250gram boneless chicken cubes
    • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1/2 cup curd
    • 1/4 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 1 teaspoon red chillies (crushed)
    • salt to taste
    • For Tadka
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 3-4 green chilli (sliced)
    • 2-3 garlic (sliced)
    • 3-4 kari patta

    1. In a nonstick pan, put chicken pieces and add all the ingredients. Cook on medium heat till chicken pieces are done.
    2. In a seprate pan, melt butter, add green chillies, garlic and kari patta to it. Cook for few seconds, pour this tadka on the cooked chicken. Serve hot.
