    This is a richer variant of the traditional guttey. Mewa(dry fruits) and mawa(khoya) are the main ingredients of this dish.

    • For guttey
    • 1/2 cup besan
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    • 2 table spoon khoya
    • 6-8 cashews
    • 6-8 raisin
    • 1 tablespoon ghee
    • 1 teaspoon curd
    • oil for frying
    • For curry
    • 2 table spoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon whole garam masala
    • 4 tablespoon onoin paste
    • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1/4 cup curd
    • 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 4 teaspoon corriander(dhaniya) powder
    • salt to taste
    • 2 tablespoon cashew paste
    • 8-10 raisins

    1. Add ghee,khoya,curd,garam masala powder and salt to besan. Make a puri like dough by adding lukewarm water.
    2. Divide dough into small pieces. Place one cashew and a raisin at the center of every piece and roll each into a ball. Deep fry them on medium heat.
    3. Heat oil in a pan, add garam masala to it ,cook for few seconds,add onion paste and ginger garlic paste to it.Cookit till onion turn light pink in color.
    4. Add all the dry masalas and curd to it. Cook till oil separates, add cashew paste, raisins and a cup of water to it. Bring it to boil. Add gutteys in it and serve hot.
