About this recipe:
Healthy to eat and simple to prepare, I love these paronthas.
250 Grams Grated Carrot
250 Grams Wheat Atta
125 Grams Rice Flour
Salt to taste
1 pinch Spicy masala powder
2 tsp Jeera
2 tsp Finely Choped Coriander Leaves
Sufficient Quantity of Water
- Make a standard chapati dough with carrot, atta and rice flour. Add all the seasonings.
- Let sit in fridge for 10 minutes.
- Now, take a golf ball sized piece of dough. Roll each ball out into a thick paratha. Cook on tawa and enjoy with ghee or raita.
