Achari Aloo Ki Sabji

    Serves: 4 

    • 4-6 potato (aloo)
    • 2 tablespoons mustard oil
    • 1 teaspoon rai
    • 1 teaspoon sounf
    • 1/4 teaspoon jeera
    • 1 teaspoon kalonji seeds
    • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon haldi powder
    • 3-4 geen chillies (sliced)
    • salt to taste
    • coriander leaves for garnish

    1. Cut potatoes into medium size pieces. Heat oil in pan, add rai, jeera, sounf and kalonji seeds.
    2. Add potato pieces, saute it for 2 minutes, add the remaining dry masalas, green chillies and little water. Let it cook till potatoes are done. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
