Sprouted Moong Salad

    In Rajasthan, we don't get too many green veggies because of the desert. So, we eat a lot of dals. Here's a healthy and delish sprouted salad for you. You can add lemon juice if you like it tangy.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cup sprouted moong dal
    • 1 medium onion (chopped)
    • 1 small cucumber (chopped)
    • 2 medium-sized tomato (chopped)
    • 3-4 green chillied (chopped) (optional)
    • 1/2 bunch corriander leaves (chopped)
    • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
    • pepper to taste
    • salt to taste

    1. Steam sprouts a little. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and a mouthwatering salad is ready.
