Easy Gobi ka Paratha

About this recipe: We love gobi parathas, but the traditional way of making them is such a hassle. I came up with an easy way that doesn't compromise on taste. Hope you'll like it too.

Ingredients
Serves: 4 

  • 1 gobi (cauliflower)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon green chillies (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons green corriender (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon amchoor powder
  • 1 teaspoon ajwain
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Directions
Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredient and made a mixture out of it. Make small balls.
  2. Roll each ball into a thick chapati.
  3. Cook on the tawa by brushing it with oil on both sides. Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
