- 2 cups flour
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup bhujiya
- oil for frying
- water as needed

- Mix water, salt and flour and make a chapati like dough out of it. Make small balls out of the dough.
- Roll two ball and make chapatis.
- Put bhujiya on one chapati and cover it with other. Secure the corners by pressing it.
- Roll it again. Heat tawa on medium heat. Put some ghee and when in sizzles, roast the paratha on both sides. Serve hot.
