Bhujiya Paratha

    It is a delicious twist on regular paratha. I like it with "dalmoth," a sour and spicy bhujiya, but you can make it with any kind of bhujiya you like.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 cups flour
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 cup bhujiya
    • oil for frying
    • water as needed

    1. Mix water, salt and flour and make a chapati like dough out of it. Make small balls out of the dough.
    2. Roll two ball and make chapatis.
    3. Put bhujiya on one chapati and cover it with other. Secure the corners by pressing it.
    4. Roll it again. Heat tawa on medium heat. Put some ghee and when in sizzles, roast the paratha on both sides. Serve hot.
