Method:- Boil the potatoes (Power boil 1 whistle,high fire)
Don't steam -peel them and then scoop from top and hollow them .Deep fry and then prick them with fork. Then put paneer masala .
Gravy:- gren chillies and onions are to be grinded.grind the tomatoes also, take a karahi. put ghee,add jeera. now cook the onions in the ghee. Add haldi, garam masala, salt, red chilli powder,dhania powder,degi mirch. Now add curd and tomatoes (grinded).cook it and after sometime add one and half cup water.cook well (on slow fire ,covered). Now add aaloo in it. serve with coriander leaves on top.
