In a separate bowl beat eggs with the sugar and the pinch of salt. Add this mixture to the bananas and then add the flour and mix gently together. Start pouring in the milk and mix till you get a thick batter. You can add more milk if the batter is too thick.
In a skillet put 1 tablespoon of ghee. When the ghee has heated ladle in the batter (like mini pancakes) Flip when the edges start to brown. When done drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
