    About this recipe: This is a sweet snack. It is nutritious due to the wheat content and banana. It is very high in calories and so, a heavy snack. Those who like bananas should try it.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 1/2 cups Wheat flour
    • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
    • Sugar to taste
    • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
    • 1 big Ripe banana
    • Water as needed
    • Cooking oil for deep frying

    1. In a large bowl, mix wheat flour, cardamom powder, sugar and baking soda.
    2. Mash banana well and transfer to the bowl . Knead all the ingredients very well to make a soft fluffy dough (can add a little water if it is not fluffy and soft enough).Keep it covered aside for 2-3 hours to ferment.
    3. Heat oil in a deep fryer. Wet palms with a little water and make balls of desired size and fry it in the pan until the external browns well.
