About this recipe:This is my mom's recent signature dish. I got to taste it when she came to visit me in this country. She cooked it for my friends and the dish got immensely popular. It is very gourmet in terms of taste and presentation.
Slice the paneer into small thin rectangles upto 1/2 inch long and less in width. Make a paste of posto with green chilies in the mixture. Cut onion into thin and small slices. Cut potato into small cubes and salt. Set aside.
In a skillet, heat 1 tbspn of oil. Fry the potatoes first. Let them be golden. Add onion slices. Add posto. Add water. Let the potato get cooked. Then add the paneer pieces. Add slitted green chilies. Add a pinch of sugar.
