About this recipe: When I was a kid, I loved my mom's stuffed pancakes for weekend breakfasts. Now, I am a mom and I'm making these sweet and savoury mango stuffed crepes for her for Mother's Day brunch.
For sweet crepes: You can use chopped bananas or pineapple instead of mangoes. Drizzle with chocolate sauce for a really decadent treat.
