About this recipe:
This bengali dessert is ideal for summer. It is so easy to make that you can make it at the last minute if you have guests coming and have forgotten to make one. Try it and you will be hooked to this no hassle luscious dessert.
1 cup plain yogurt beaten
1 cup milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
5 almonds blanched and sliced
10 pistachios sliced
2 cups water

Beat together yogurt, milk and condensed milk till well blended. Add almonds, pistachio, nuts and raisins. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a stainless steel or metal container with tight lid.
Pour water into a pressure cooker. Bring it to high heat and put the container inside. bring to full pressure.
Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally. Open cooker and take out container. Drain off water if any. Refregerate until serving.
If you don't have a pressure cooker, alternatively you can use the double boiling method by putting the container of liquid mixture in a deep pot half-filled with water and cook it for 35 minutes.
Serve it with thin mango slices on top.
