- 2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Semolina
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Oil For Deep Frying
- Fork or brand new fine thoothed comb

- Mix together the flour, semolina, egg yolks, sugar, butter. Knead using coconut milk to form a stiff dough. Cover with a cloth or clingwrap and let stand for atleast 1 hour.
- Then form into tiny 1 inch balls. Then take the ball and flatten on the fork/comb and roll. When all are done. Deep fry in hot oil till very lightly brown.
