400g French beans (only the most tender and fresh)
400g chopped tomatoes
Italian herb seasoning to taste
60g flaked almonds

In a pot over medium heat, cook the beans, tomatoes and Italian herb seasoning until heated through. Stir in the almonds just before serving. To make Italian seasoning, just mix equal parts of the following dried herbs- Basil, marjoram, oregano, thyme, rosemary. You may also add coriander and crushed red chillies.
