    15 mins

This fruity jam is wonderful when served warm on top of pancakes and waffles, or spread on toast when it's cool.

My son used this recipe for one of his 4-H enteries last year and received a blue ribbon. I personal thought it could have been a little sweeter. Make sure the bananas are VERY ripe.  -  30 Sep 2002  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

This turned out perfect! I followed this recipe to a "t", only adding a touch of nutmeg AND cinnamon. Great, great, great!  -  02 Nov 2008  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
