    About this recipe: Most fruits like berries, mangoes and papayas go very well together in smoothies when used with juices. Use fruits that are fresh, in season and experiment with your favourites!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 450g strawberries, top greens removed
    • 1 banana, broken into chunks
    • 2 peaches
    • 225ml orange, peach or mango juice
    • 5 to 8 ice cubes

    Directions
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. In a mixie, combine strawberries, banana and peaches. Blend until fruit is puréed. Blend in the juice. Add ice and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.
